This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Wicked Services through our SellAuth storefront.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Digital Products & Services

Wicked Services provides non-physical digital products and online services that are delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • Products are delivered instantly or shortly after payment
  • Content cannot be returned once accessed
  • Delivery cannot be revoked after fulfillment

For these reasons, all sales are final.

No Refunds Policy

Wicked Services maintains a strict no-refunds policy.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Incompatibility with your system or software
  • Failure to read product descriptions
  • Misunderstanding of product functionality
  • User error or lack of technical knowledge
  • Account bans, suspensions, or third-party enforcement actions

Once an order has been delivered, it is considered completed and non-refundable.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support first may result in:

  • Immediate account termination
  • Loss of access to purchased services
  • Permanent restriction from future purchases

We encourage customers to contact support prior to opening any dispute so issues can be reviewed where possible.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment confirmed by our system
  • Failure to deliver the purchased product due to a verified system error

Any exception is granted solely at the discretion of Wicked Services.

Before purchasing, customers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing all product descriptions
  • Ensuring compatibility with their system
  • Understanding the nature of digital goods
